ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE and Ariceum Therapeutics have entered into an agreement under which ITM will supply Ariceum with actinium-225 (Ac-225) for that company’s radiopharmaceutical therapies pipeline.
ITM will provide Ariceum with Ac-225 produced by Actineer, its joint venture company with Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, it said. Ac-225 is a rare medical radioisotope used in radiopharmaceutical therapies for the treatment of various cancer indications, according to the firm.
