Carestream Health has received a European Union (EU) CE Mark for both its Focus HD detectors and its DRX-Rise Mobile x-ray system.
The DRX-Rise Mobile x-ray System is a fully-integrated unit that the company said is serviceable for first-time users or those looking to expand their diagnostic radiology fleet.
The Focus HD detectors offer a 100-micron pixel pitch, an IP 56 rating for protection against dust and fluid ingress, and a design that protects against drops and bumps. They are also compatible with both ImageView and Image Suite software options, Carestream said.
The CE Mark allows Carestream to begin marketing these products in Europe.
